什么是交流或直流电源？

A switch-mode power supply (switching-mode power supply or SMPS) is an electronic power supply that uses a switching regulator in order to control the conversion of electrical power in a highly efficient manner. This higher efficiency (thus lower heat dissipation) is the chief advantage of a switched-mode power supply. Such power supplies will sometimes employ a transformer to convert the input voltage to a higher or lower AC voltage. A rectifier is used to convert the transformer output voltage to a varying DC voltage, which in turn is passed through an electronic filter to convert it to an unregulated DC voltage.
